You can find lots of colours and funky backdrops with urban locations. I’m always looking around to see how I can tie in the backdrops of the photoshoot location, with the colours of the clothing that my client wears!
where was this shoot held:
in a backstreet in Rose Bay in Sydney
time of year:
why does this work well:
Choosing three or four block colours is a great way to coordinate boys and girls and the entire family, without getting too stressed!
Layer up colours with cardigans and hair accessories and use different tones of the same colours (such as blue) to keep everything in the same colour space.
Finding the pink garage as we walked along was a great way to use tone on tone with the pinks colour scheme.
