How to Take This Photo At Home
- Lens: EF50mm f/1.2L USM
- ISO: 400
- f /: 2.2
- Shutter speed: 1/2500 sec
- Lighting: winter afternoon
- Time of day: 2pm
- Where was I: on the ground in front of her, in the only shade available
- Other notes: I placed her with her back to the sun so that I could get even skin tones. This meant shooting into the backlight, and exposing for the face

WEEKEND TASK: If you have a fast moving child like this 16 month old – the key is to try and get them to be sitting or on the their tummies and to contain them into a space where they can really only move forward (so this walkway was a great spot). Always making sure no direct light on the skin to get a nice even skin tone.
