I even photograph dogs…. | Sydney family photographer

the morning of this session, I woke at 6am panicking. All I could hear was rain pelting down outside… which normally wouldn’t bother me for a baby session… but this family has said they wanted their dogs in some of the photos and all I could think of was bucketing rain = muddy dogs = stress trying to work out how to shoot a baby and two big dogs outside somewhere?! and if you know me well… you would know I am… um… how would you say it… not really an animal person….

but after a reassuring text from this mum who said it was clear and no rain where they were (and who had spent the night before, washing the dogs and keeping them on the verandah so they wouldn’t get dirty, love them!), I jumped in the car as planned and started the journey to the first of ten shoots on my road trip.

two hours later I arrived! these guys were so relaxed and lovely :) we mooched around the house for some shots with this gorgeous little man (and how much does he look like his dad!) and then ventured outside with Lewis (who would not put that stick.. well I would call it a log really… down.. and Charles… both who were very well behaved (and quite photogenic I think!)
